What to Expect in Each Class 

Foundations (Beginner)

Focus: Form & Alignment Our Foundations class is the perfect entry point or a great way to refine your technique. This slower-paced session focuses on building the fundamentals of traditional Pilates movements with a heavy emphasis on form throughout every exercise.

  • The Layered Method: I introduce "option layers" for advancements and extra challenges, giving you the freedom to level up or return to the foundational movement whenever you need.

Signature Flow (Intermediate)

Focus: Stability & Muscle Tone Ready to pick up the pace? Our Signature Flow takes those foundational movements and adds layers for further advancement. This class is designed to build lean muscle through increased time under tension and stability-focused work.

  • What’s New: Expect to introduce high-kneeling work and more advanced transitions to keep your body guessing and your core engaged.

Elevated Strength (Advanced)

Focus: Power & Resistance This is where we take the foundations built in our intermediate classes and push them to the next level. Elevated Strength is our high-intensity session designed for those ready to amplify their resistance and load. This class is for the mover who has mastered the foundations and is ready to challenge their stability through advanced high-kneeling and standing work on the reformer.

  • The Edge: We incorporate dumbbells and heavier resistance loads to create a full-body focused workout that challenges your strength with advanced exercises.

Coming Soon: Jump Board

Focus: Looking for that cardio hit with a new fun twist? Our Jump Board classes offer a high-energy "cardio burst" between foundational movements while still working against the resistance to not only change up your typical cardio routine but also drive faster results with the resistance base. 

  • The Twist: This is a fun, creative way to challenge your upper body, lower body, and core using the reformer’s most innovative add-on. It’s the perfect solution for those tired of traditional cardio.

Coming Soon: HIIT Reformer

Focus: High-Intensity Interval Training Get ready for a fast-paced, upbeat session that combines traditional reformer movements with HIIT bursts to add in a fun cardio element both on and off the reformer.

  • The Flow: We’ll be working both on and off the reformer for a fun, sweaty, and high-energy workout that delivers maximum results.
