My progressional programming allows you to be ready to take on our intermediate class with 4 sessions! Still want a slower paced class or to focus on form? Our beginner reformer classes are still available to you!
What to Expect in Each Class
Foundations (Beginner)
Focus: Completely new to Reformer? Have no idea what this machine is? You're my favourite clients (shh. . .don't tell the others🤭) Why? You've never felt a workout before that makes your body feel this amazing - that's my promise I'll make to you.
New to reformer? I was there and so was everyone else in the room. . . this is the class where we break it all down - and support you through it every step of the way! My semi-private classes allow me to be right by your side the whole time - to answer any questions, to ensure you feel comfortable and apart of our community. This beginner classes is where you learn how to use the reformer machine and how it supports your body + form through each exercises.
In this class we slowly build on the foundations of reformer - my progressional programming gets you ready to progress to our intermediate classes within 4 sessions.
Still want to work on form? Continue to book into our beginner classes to build on those foundational exercises!

The Layered Method: I introduce "option layers" for advancements and extra challenges, giving you the freedom to level up or return to the foundational movement whenever you need so that each class can meet every (body) in the class!
Signature Flow (Intermediate)
Focus: Stability & Muscle Tone Ready to pick up the pace? Our Signature Flow takes those foundational movements and adds layers for further advancement. This class is designed to build lean muscle through increased time under tension and stability-focused work.

What’s New: Expect to introduce high-kneeling work and more advanced transitions to keep your body guessing and your core engaged.
Elevated Strength (Advanced)
Focus: Power & Resistance This is where we take the foundations built in our intermediate classes and push them to the next level. Elevated Strength is our high-intensity session designed for those ready to amplify their resistance and load. This class is for the mover who has mastered the foundations and is ready to challenge their stability through advanced high-kneeling and standing work on the reformer.

The Edge: We incorporate dumbbells and heavier resistance loads to create a full-body focused workout that challenges your strength with advanced exercises.
Coming Soon: Jump Board
Focus: Looking for that cardio hit with a new fun twist? Our Jump Board classes offer a high-energy "cardio burst" between foundational movements while still working against the resistance to not only change up your typical cardio routine but also drive faster results with the resistance base.

The Twist: This is a fun, creative way to challenge your upper body, lower body, and core using the reformer’s most innovative add-on. It’s the perfect solution for those tired of traditional cardio.
Coming Soon: HIIT Reformer
Focus: High-Intensity Interval Training Get ready for a fast-paced, upbeat session that combines traditional reformer movements with HIIT bursts to add in a fun cardio element both on and off the reformer.
