Focus: High-Intensity Interval Training - get ready for a fast-paced, upbeat sessions that combines traditional reformer movements with HIIT bursts to add in a fun cardio element both on and off the reformer. The Flow: We’ll be working both on and off the reformer for a fun, sweaty, and high-energy workout that delivers maximum results.
