About the event
This beginner focused class focuses on form, repetition with progression to build muscle memory but to continue to see improvements & results. Over one month, we focus on exercise recognition through repetition and strategic resistance loading. You will learn the mechanics, build proper form, and develop the foundations required for all class levels.
